Jana Jones brings an entire career focused on developing expertise and understanding in all facets of healthcare delivery from provider, to payor to patient. Over the past ten years, her focus has been the development and deployment of technology to reduce cost and improve patient/physician interactions across the healthcare continuum. Prior to taking the top job at RegisterPatient, Jones was the founding CEO of Shared Health one of the first health information exchanges. There, she built innovative software that delivered critical patient information and clinical decision support tools to the point of care for over three million patients. Her driving mission is to get patient engagement solutions into the market and the hands of patients, easing the burden of managing the healthcare process.
Jones passion for the industry began with her career as the pediatric hospital administrator for Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago as well as her work in hospital administration at the Mayo Clinic. Jones has presented information on Capitol Hill and has testified before the National Governor’s Association on topics ranging from physician adoption of health information technology, to the importance of personal health records, to information security. She served on Tennessee Governor Bredesen’s state-wide ehealth council and has been featured in the NY Times, the Boss column. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in health planning and a Master’s Degree in Health Systems Management from Penn State and Rush University.
Chief Operations Officer
With a career that includes Fortune 500 brand names like Tyco, Kimball, Nissan and Dollar General, Neece brought his leadership experience to health care in 2008. Neece has held a variety of leadership roles that have resulted in growing companies’ top line, optimizing operational performance, transforming business models and launching new products. Justin was introduced to healthcare as a management consultant. He led numerous successful engagements for companies in a variety of segments including health information technology, renal care, hospitals and health and wellness. Neece became the COO of Shared Health in 2009 where he oversaw all of operations, technology, business development and product leadership. Jones recruited Neece to RegisterPatient for a second round in a C-level role October 2012 to partner in building the company in the growing patient engagement market.
Neece’s background includes senior management roles in a variety of operational positions where he developed skills in supply chain management, strategy, Six Sigma, logistics, and ‘big data’. Neece earned an Industrial Engineering degree from Tennessee Technological University and has graduate degrees from Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder
Since 2009 Selyutin and his team in the Ukraine have been the software engine behind Register Patient. As chief architect, Selyutin has established the company’s technology vision leading all aspects of development. Prior to joining Register Patient as CTO in 2012, Selyutin was CEO and Founder of QWAY Solutions, a Ukrainian software development consultancy. Selyutin holds a degree in computer science from Donbas State Mechanical Engineering Academy.
David K. Williams, RN
Williams is a registered nurse with a passion for patient care, computer systems and healthcare informatics, a combination that led him to leave a position with the Veteran’s Administration to found Register Patient in 2007. Williams and the technology team hold a patent (filed in 2011) for a dynamic data collection device configurator as well as a web-based patient registration system.
